About the Workshop
This journal writing workshop is for everyone, people who already have a journal writing practice—or want to establish one. It’s an opportunity to try out new approaches to writing journal entries while bringing curiosity and playfulness into your practice.
What You’ll Do
In our two and a half-hours together, you'll explore five versatile journaling techniques designed to deepen and add flexibility to your writing practice. Each method offers a unique way to connect with yourself through writing.
We'll work through the techniques one by one. For each, you'll receive a brief introduction followed by independent writing time to write about something that’s on your mind or by using a variety of writing prompts. This measured pace allows you to fully experience and integrate each approach.
After practicing all five techniques, we'll share observations and insights from our collective experience.
The workshop concludes with practical guidance for incorporating these methods into your personal journaling practice.
